Summary: html content in the mail notif after an item
reassignation

Original Submission:
We put html stuff in comments when reassigning a bug, it permits to print more
accurate info, however it makes mail notif ugly.
HTML should be stripped from mails, in one way or another.

In fact, HTML should not be removed from mail notif: because people can on
purpose enter html code in their comments.
The only work around is to stop inserting by brute force HTML in reassignation
mail.
