Summary: Document user account deletion
Original Submission: User deletion (when an user does not belong to any group)
should be documented.
Maybe we should by default making checks on whether ~/.savannah exists before
deleting an account.
Maybe it would even make sense to propose as option the possibility to create
accounts for any users without taking care of the fact they do not belong to
any active group.
