A dirty hack do the job. I'm afraid providing a theme would increase
maintainance time and incitate people to use MSIE.

Planned Release:
Summary: MSIE specific theme
Original Submission: We should provide an MSIE theme, for users that cannot
use another browser.
I'm afraid it is not possible to have a theme that works for w3c compliant
browser and MSIE 5.
I would not like coding test on the browser inside the code ; our work should
be focused only on w3 compliance.
But providing a specific theme (that obviously would be unusable with other
browser) could be an option. Indeed, this theme should be minimal at most and
do not provide anything missing in others that could make it an advertisement
for MSIE (it should be based on www.gnu.org, basic enough, with no cosmetics
added)
