Not /files/admin either :P

*/admin are only for project admins, use to configure tool (configure,
 not using!)

If you do not want all members of a group to be able to manager the
area, you should add a "files area" manager, like the news manager.


Remind: be sure to commit your changes on branch (named like it is
recommended in the docs)

Do not forget to add content in /db/mysql AND /update/1.0.3
