It was faster to completely get rid of this utils_show_result_set, a function
that seems to be far from convenience. So I done it with simple <div>, it is
useless to overly complicating everything we there's no benefit in the end.

Summary: Cosmestic in "Add a Mailing List"
Original Submission: In /mail/admin/index.php, when you add a mailing-list as
administrator, you can see:
Mailing Lists already in use
list_name
list_name is not needed since there is only one row, and is misleading when
there is no mailing-list yet.
A quick look at the code shows that 'utils_show_result_set' may be updated to
handle the special cases where there are only one row and/or where there are no
results to the query.
