As admin of the administration group, you should be able to technically do the change, and considering the situation, nobody will object if you close the bugs.
Actually I am a member, not administrator, so I do not have that right. Maybe you could remove them; I usually put the original bug report adress when I submit the bugs to Savane, and I add a comment to make it clear that the support request is considered closed at Savannah.
It was still the DEV_2003-09-05, before the 1.0.0. This bug fix was made before the 1.0.0. In fact, I noticed the merge issue when I updated the installation because of this bug.
So the version installed at Savannah is Savane v1.0.0 minus the name change?
Incidentally I posted a comment to a request you closed this morning (https://gna.org/bugs/index.php?func=detailitem&item_id=278). There was no e-mail confirmation, so I tell you directly.
