Hello Christian, The import/export is very experimental and limited; it's creation was an urging need for us before being a long term project. I do not think it is worth creating a project for that purpose right now. http://cvs.gna.org/viewcvs/savane/savane/backend/devel/sv_export_data.pl http://cvs.gna.org/viewcvs/savane/savane/backend/devel/sv_import_data.pl It heavily relies on the SQL structure of Savane; it is the faster way for us to do an import. We can provide you test tarballs. However, I doubt this method can be followed when dealing with a database structure completely differing. I'm not sure this is a good starting point for a common procedure. Such procedure should be designed in a way that never relies on the database structure specificities. It requires more design and thought (more time) that the current stuff I wrote in an hurry. The current method is more or less enough for our needs right now, but we are open to an implementation of a common method, something with a clear specification. Suggestions/Objections/Approbation?
