Details:
I run sv_groups and get an error of svnadmin because the parent directory of
where the repository should be created does not exist...
i.e.: I have /data/svn
I want to run svnadmin create --fs-type fsfs /data/svn/software/myproject
This fails cause there's no /data/svn/software.
The attached patch agains Svn.pm helps, but I'm not sure, if we'd rather need
a dirname of $svn_dir here:
