Hm, you're right. While merging, I thought that this would be covered as
well, because there were some code parts which explicitely compared
"strtolower($theme)" with the current settings. Unfortunately, this did not
cover the images/ directory.
As this change was introduced by Mathieu, I'd like to hear his opinion on how
to resolve the bug. We could either convert the current $theme to lowercase
before we include the corresponding images/ directory, or rename the
directories to match the capitalized .css files.
