Details:
Considering that this script take the list of mailing lists in their creation
order, it could save the name of the latest list he registered/tried to
register and ignore all list until he pass this one. So he would not try each
time to re-register the same (I notice that mailman is slow at that game).
I'm not thinking about storing that info in the database, especially as
mailman installation is typically deconnected from Savane and it's database.
I'm think about a file in /var/cache/savane .That would be enough, easy to
implement and safe (as if one was mkfsing the mail system, nothing irrelevant
would remain in the database; and if the cache is destroyed by mistake, it is
not a drama, it would just do one run trying to register all lists)
