Yes: - mail host: the http host on which there's a Debian version of the mailman packages (modified by Guillaume Morin) which includes a kind of web service for creating mailing lists. That's for the code you removed in mail/admin/ recently. I also told Sergey not to use it at puszcza.gnu.org.ua, which he agreed.
