There is a very important request we should carry out for release 2.1
(november): it should be possible to create teams inside a project so an item
can be assigned to several persons and not only one.
This is definitely too strict to be able to assign items only to a users
while in some cases it has to be team work (or at least, the assignment to a
team would make sure several persons now they have work to do, even before
they reassign it to one of them).
