Details:
my items & my incoming item are still slow to load.
I dont know how to optimize this. Previously it was doing more SQL request
and storing lot of things in hashes before printing.
Now it does the minimal amount of SQL and print things as soon as possible,
it stays slow.
The fact is that getting infos about all items of a given user is slow.
Maybe, we should have a default less detailed mode that would load faster.
