Details:
Item history email addresses hidding is still broken. For some reason, it
hides the address when adding email addresses, instead of doing that while
printing the history.
As result, the address is not readable if the guy that added the CC was
anonymous, even if the reader is logged in. And the address is readable if
the guy that added the CC was logged in, even if the reader is not logged in.
