Details:
In mail notif, most of the markup can be kept (like *bold*, as plenty of mail
client understand it).
Some however would look weird, like
+verbatim+
[http://url Title]
-verbatim-
and should be converted so to result in something like
+verbatim+
Title <http://url>
or
Title [http://url]
or
Title (http://url)
-verbatim-
Also, the vertabim and nomarkup tags are meaningless so far in a pure text
enviroment, as they are Savane-specific.
