Details:
ok, so there is apparently some mails lost between me and Sylvain, so I open
items so we dont lost track of issue
* safe_mysql() seems to duplicate safeinput()
* safe_mysql() have also a misleading name, because all other safe functions
refers to a specific kind of data or way to manipulate the data, while mysql
is only the name of the database server
