Follow-up Comment #2, sr #832 (project savane):
This is part 1 of what I came up with for PHP based upload which is the
upload form that I placed in savane/frontend/php/files/add.php see the
attached file.
NOTE! This is not recommended for a public site, I use this over SSL with
Apache configured to require client certificates on a private site.
