Details:

One major flaw in the savannah.conf.pl file (and savane-doc for that matter)
is that ever single settable "our" option in that file should be labelled as
a boolean if it isn't one, e.g. `[Boolean]`, and labelled with whatever it
expects if it isn't a boolean, e.g., `[/path/]` (to indicate an absolute path
with trailing slash), and so on.

Someone who hasn't made an all-day study of the config file like I have isn't
likely to have any idea that our $sys_use_google expects a boolean value, etc.
