Changing the place of the conffiles could create many places at several
sites, for now it is easier to let it where it is.

This is already site specific. It is just the default site-specific content.
But I cleaned that up to.
"think it`s very hazardous to have both savannah_conf.pl and
savannah_conf.php, and only have one of them editable; it would be very easy
for someone to mistakenly edit the wrong file. I would strongly recommend
changing these to savane_conf.pl, and savane_DO_NOT_EDIT.php"
Considering the content of savane.conf.php, if one edits it, he must know
what he's doing.
