Follow-up Comment #2, sr #705 (project savane):
The is an open Request For Packaging submitted to the debian bug tracker. So
far, no Debian developer showed interest in include the debian packages into
debian.
We would surely help to do that but it would require some work to make the
package debian-policy compliant (the packages were hastily made to be
working, not to be wonderfully built).
