Follow-up Comment #1, sr #1032 (project savane):
This is not configurable for now.
You may change the part of the code that do the size test. Note however that
you may run into problem with the database (maybe the size of the field must
be changed too) and your http daemon (that was probably not designed to
handle massive uploads)
