Details:
Of course the preferred language is part of HTTP protocol.
However most browsers don't let users easily change the
preferred language for any site they visit: thus one puts
a general setting which is not optimal for every site.
Unless you are sure should allow changing lang on the fly
and/or per site language setting, please consider this request.
Rationale:
Many sites don't have updated translations. In addition,
it often makes more sense if part of a page is quoted
in the "source language" even for multilingual sites.
The concept of source (or original) language is missing
in the HTTP protocol. E.g., as I can understand English, I
would prefer to see English sites in their original language.
However if I put English before Italian in my browser's
preferences, then I would see obsolete translations of many
Italian sites.
Thanks for your attention
Ale
