Follow-up Comment #4, sr #1168 (project savane):
As we never encountered this bug, none that we know.
Workaround:
if you can mess with users accounts, make the users quit all his groups and
then make it join all the groups (do everything using the normal interface,
in the "proejct admin area" nothing in the "site user admin area")
