You need to change your $sys_default_domain in /etc/savannah/savannah.pl, and
run 'make update-conf' to update /etc/savannah/savannah.php

We're discussing this issue, check the bug tracker :)
Basically we shouldn't issue cookies when the domain name does not contain a
embedded ".".
