Hum, ok I get it.
The thing is that you have in apache conf /cvs as alias to your viewcvs. So
instead of showing the Savane page called CVS Instructions, you have viewcvs
trying to show a page with missing arguments.
The only solution is to free /cvs from the alias so Savane can handle the
page and to give the viewcvs alias another name.
(side note: could you use another theme than the Gna! theme as default one.
This one was made specifically for Gna! to match the FSF France color
charter, we'd like it to be used by default only at Gna)
