The naming convention was 'wwwXX' to match early translation team names.
I suggest we continue using this instead of a few new 'www-XX'.

I also suggest we move any old translation team project in this group type
(instead of www.gnu.org portion).


In the long run we should manage the translation teams differently,
so they can be stored (e.g.) at 
gnu.org/server/standards/translations/projectname

In general, translation teams are approved by the translation coordinators,
which includes Alex Muntada.
