++added: * http://blogspam.net/ is a daemon that you query through XML-RPC and implement a set of basic tests, namely URL block-lists and max-urls. (It also includes less interested test such as bayesian filter (which is meant to work on 50/50 ratios and requires checking false positives), size limits, etc.). It was published this month (1/2009) and currently lacks documentation.
