I don't know how to do this. I am sure I could dig around the
database and figure it out. But looking at the newsKasoVerb - News:
Manage page I don't see any interface for doing this type of thing.

I don't see a reason not to remove that news item. I just have no
idea how to do it without debugging it from first principles on the
database side of things.
