Thank for your persistence in reporting and helping us stay aware of
this issue.  I am wondering if this could be related to the new
read-only mirrors system and the scripting that handles replications
out across that.  This is quite a few feature and we've been watching
for signs that on edge-cases or other not-quite-perfect-yet signals.
I've added Bob in case he can help us research.
