Looks like at least git.savannah is in trouble: $ git pull remote: Counting objects: 500, done. remote: warning: suboptimal pack - out of memory remote: fatal: Out of memory, malloc failed (tried to allocate 976995 bytes) eremote: aborting due to possible repository corruption on the remote side. rror: git upload-pack: git-pack-objects died with error. fatal: git upload-pack: aborting due to possible repository corruption on the remote side. fatal: protocol error: bad pack header I tried the same command a few more times, and eventually it succeeded. But it sounds like Savannah is running too many processes and runs out of memory as result?
