In the TOC of the page https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html.it the
second section "Licenze per il software" has the following broken anchor
link:
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html.it#SoftwareLicense
while the correct one ends with the letter "s":
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html.it#SoftwareLicenses
