I wouldn't know what to report. For example, now
http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/emacs took about 1 minute to load, then
I would browse http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git but I get
Cannot reach the site - ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Often the same occurs with the mailing lists and with more or less
random errors like the above
BTW, They are months that I have difficulties to visit/browse Emacs site
and friend (mailing lists, _git_ repo, etc) with TIMEOUT, REFUSED, etc.
I tried with different network, PC, browsers and so on.
With some browsers I cannot visit http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/emacs
be cause SAVANNAH still uses _http_ and not _https_....
Yes, the GNU sites have problems lately.
Say, they do not work... they are about 6 months..
