Many of those that tend to outages are busy with the holidays at the
moment. There have been some improvements made to it, but more work is
needed.
If you haven't been following, Savannah has been having a hard time this
year. Here is an article I wrote with the Savannah hackers [2]. It has
been particularly bad the last 48 hours.
