Hi, that site does host a mirror. But it looks like it is at a different
location [1].
I will move this thread off [email protected] and to
[email protected], which is more likely to get the
attention of people who manage the ftp mirror.

Mirmon generates its mirror list from https://www.gnu.org/prep/FTP,
where the gutscheinrausch URLs are correct:
Germany - https://www.gutscheinrausch.de/mirror/gnu/, \
http://www.gutscheinrausch.de/mirror/gnu/
I checked them with Firefox, and didn't notice any issues. But
here is what I got with wget:

Same result when trying to download texinfo, or any other package. But a
request to the mirror index is not redirected.
I suspect this is a way to keep AI bots away.
I will remove this mirror from our list if its maintainer says the
redirection is there to stay.
