Sorry, I was in a hurry and I did not have time yesterday to
make sure it was working. It is now working fine.
(the script that sets up your projects repository must have
died before setting up the correct value for the lock
directory).

I can log in as anoncvs now.  But when I try to check out
'multicms', I get these errors:

cvs server: Updating multicms
cvs server: failed to create lock directory for
`/cvsroot/multicms/multicms'
(/cvsroot/multicms/multicms/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/cvsroot/multicms/multicms'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up
