Summary: CVS Web doesn't update

There are some problems with the machine that hosts the 
webpage.   I asked the persons in charge to check it out.

The error message on the commit is gone now, but the webpage
is still in its old state. If I remember correctly, the
intervall was just a few seconds or minutes, since its now a
few hours since the commit, something seems still wrong.
