I suggest you take savannah services down for an hour or two and swap
these two partitions:

/dev/hdc2              18G  8.3G  9.2G  48% /audio-video
/dev/hdc1             9.8G  8.8G  631M  94% /cvsroot


That will give you about 9GB immediately for /cvsroot.  /audio-video will
be crammed, but if we need more space for it, we'll move *that* to
another machine.

Putting a new hard drive in the existing savannah machine is harder than
it sounds; there is no room for it.
