I went to http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/emacs.html, and I saw this sentence: The GNU Emacs CVS repository is available for general access courtesy of savannah.gnu.org In that sentence, the words "GNU Emacs CVS repository" are a link to this page: http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/emacs.html On that page is a web view of the GNU Emacs CVS repository, but there are no instructions about read-only CVS access. Nor could I find any such instructions on the GNU Emacs site, since it just referred me here. Does anyone know where I can look to find out how to download the latest GNU Emacs source tree from CVS here, in read-only mode?
