MHonarc has support for unicode (
http://www.mhonarc.org/MHonArc/doc/faq/envs.html#unicode )
But it does not seem to have enabled, which makes two of our list archives
unusable (smc-l10n and smc-support) as the medium of communication is
Malayalam, which requires unicode support.
I hope it will be fixed soon.
