If you do not login to savannah and go to
https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/emacs
and then click on "Project Memberlist", you get a list of members and
before that a little blurb that says:
If you would like to contribute to this project by becoming a member,
contact one of the project admins, designated in bold text below.
but this is misleading since really to become a member you need to go
through the "request for inclusion" thingy, and contacting one of the
project admins won't directly help.
