Hello,
I wasn't sure if I should make a new report, but because the problem is
related to our GRUB SVN I choose to post here :)
Our SVN commit messages are in UTF-8 and `svn log' shows fine with UTF-8
locale.
But Vesa just did a commit and on [EMAIL PROTECTED] his name is shown as
ASCII
Log Message:

2008-09-07 Vesa J?195?164?195?164skel?195?164inen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Though the eMail has:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
So it seems somewhere in between there's a LANG=C or some other non UTF-8
setting
