Hi,
I'm the maintainer of the Arc buildtool project
(http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/arc/). We've decided to upgrade the
license of the code to GPL 3 and FDL (for the documentation) respectively.
Could you please update the corresponding information on the project page?
