Details:

When I try to update the "Selected Features" for the project fnm I see the
following URL in my browser's "URL field":

https://savannah.nongnu.org/project/admin/editgroupfeatures.php?group=fnm&feedback=Update
failed.

So, it looks like my update fails and I can't understand why.
