Details:
Symlinks in the Bzr repositories only work when the repository is accessed
via sftp. Over http they result in the following error:
% bzr clone http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/r/emacs/test
bzr: ERROR: Transport error: Server refuses to fulfill the request (403
Forbidden) for http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/r/emacs/test/.bzr/branch-format
Could someone tweak the web server's config to make those symlinks work
(maybe returning a (transient) redirect is sufficient).
