    in "nongnu" projects with the standard names [email protected] and
    [email protected].  Could this be fixed?

This doesn't make sense to me.  The time that @gnu.org addresses should
be used is when it's a GNU package, not before.  For the same reason
that we don't mark the package as "official GNU software" until it
really is.

Just use *[email protected] for now.  When it becomes GNU, the lists
can easily be switched (and still accepted @nongnu.org).
