Hello,
This is Donald from the FSF. We've recently set up Josh Gay as our registered
agent for handling DMCA take-down notices, so we want to get all our sites
updated to reflect this. Can you please add the following to the footer on
savannah.gnu.org and savannah.nongnu.org:

Notification</a></p>
You can see an example of where it was added on the bottom of fsf.org as well
as at the bottom of audio-video.gnu.org. If you have any questions, please let
me know.
