Sorry for the previous unfinished comment (my browser misinterpreted a
"newline" for "send").
So the second problem (less severe) is the title of those emails, which looks
like
"[SCM] UNNAMED PROJECT branch, master, updated. 232a509cd50fdcdc"
compared to what we had with Bzr which looked like
"[ELPA-diffs] trunk r113752: lisp/frameset.el (frameset-p, frameset-prop): Doc
fixes."
Also, does this change only apply to the `master' branch of the elpa
repository, or does it apply to all branches? [ I asked to activate this for
the master branch, but it would be even better if it were activated
repository-wide. ]
