- change state to active
- click green check mark icon
- click screwdriver+wrench icon
(we could also ask the next person to have a project approved to send us a
copy of the email. actually, perhaps the email should always be bcc-d to an
internal address for archiving. anyway)
i hope to have the documentation readable again sometime tomorrow.
