Hi - by default, mailing lists are set up to have automatic spam removal (and
real-mail approval) -- see http://listhelper.nongnu.org for details. If you
prefer to handle all the junk mail yourself, remove [email protected] as a
moderator.
If you don't want to get the messages from mailman, you can replace your
address in the owner field with [email protected] (you'll still
be able to log in to the list and do stuff), or just filter it with procmail
or whatever:
^Subject: .*[ _]moderator[ _]request.*[ _]waiting
^Subject: confirm [0-9af]+$
