Follow-up Comment #1, sr #109625 (project administration): Apparently, I just received the confirmation of this issue correctly delivered to my GNU address...
So it seems like I cannot send mail to t...@gnu.org via my Gmail account. And it seems like others have this problem, too. For example, Robert Pluim Cc-ed my GNU address from a response to an emacs bug report today using his Gmail address. That mail has never shown up on my side... See his mail at https://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=34094.
